History of We Have Such In Common – How We Got Started

It was the first time our daughter’s, had met.  We had taken them to lunch with the hopes that they would meet and find something in common with one another.  When they met, they hit it off immediately and started singing, “We Have Such In Common”, as they giggled.  We thought, “what a cute phrase” and from that phrase, the birth of this company came about.  We started thinking about what this phrase, “We Have Such In Common” truly meant to our little girls, and how we could convey this meaning to other little girls and young ladies, through literacy and the visual arts.

From this, the “We Have Such In Common” book was born, and from the book, came the curriculum. So, here we are today, 5 years later, with an idea that has grown into more than just a phrase, it’s a mission. It’s the “We Have Such In Common” mission, to unify the masses of little girls and young ladies, in this day and time, where there is so much discord.
